NessFlow vs Botify & Oncrawl

This is the closest comparison on the site: same family of tools, same technical seriousness. Three differences matter: log sovereignty, visibility inside answer engines, and how long it takes to start.

What these platforms do very well

Genuine technical depth, crawling capacity at very large scale, and support that matters on sites of several million URLs. At those volumes they remain the reference, and we do not claim to replace them.

What each one covers

This comparison reflects the scope each vendor published as of August 2026.

Scope comparison between Botify, Oncrawl and NessFlow
Criterion Botify / Oncrawl NessFlow
Log analysis Core to the offering, with ingestion connectors into their infrastructure. Built-in parser, throughput measured on a bench, file ingestion up to two gigabytes.
Log sovereignty Your logs are processed on their infrastructure, in their hosting regions. No IP address is stored or sent to a model. The full list of our subprocessors is annexed to the contract.
AI answer engines A recent addition, centred on crawling. Access matrix for AI crawlers, llms.txt validation, share of citations recorded from real answers.
Accessibility Out of scope. Rendered audit on every scheduled crawl, exportable compliance report.
Getting started Guided onboarding, scoping then rollout. Create an account, run the first audit straight away. A demo if you want one, never as a precondition.
Pricing Quote-based, indexed on volume. Public tiers, published caps, and a pricing page that reads the same reference the product enforces.

Our conclusion

How we read it

Beyond a few million URLs, or when contractual support is part of the requirement, those platforms remain the right choice. Below that you are paying for capacity you do not use, and handing your logs to one more third party, which is never neutral for an IT department.

What we do not claim

We have not measured a crawl at the scale of several million URLs, so we do not advertise one. The order of magnitude we have demonstrated is ten thousand to one hundred thousand URLs per run.

The other comparisons

Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are named here for comparison, with no commercial relationship. We describe what our product does and what their category of tool covers, never a supposed flaw in their implementation. Details: Legal notice

Compare on your site, not on our table

A table is worth exactly as much as the person who wrote it. Run an audit on your own domain and read what the engine finds, that is the only comparison that concerns you.
